Through the new website, Golf Swing Fit Tips, Bui aims to help golfers take their game to the next level, despite their level of fitness. She provides a range of information and tips, including videos, articles, reviews and success stories.
Bui is certified as a golf fitness professional with the Titleist Performance Institute, the National Strength and Conditioning Association CPT and CSCS, and MAT Jumpstart (Muscle Activation Techniques). She has over 14 years’ fitness industry experience in the Edmond and Oklahoma City areas, with basketball, kickboxing, boot camp, personal trainer and TPI golf fitness classes.
On the website, Bui reviews the TRX body weight system in relation to golf fitness and improved golf swing, where she reiterates that a consistent golf swing is something that all professional golfers possess. She also reviews the Rich Food Poor Food book on nutrition, which she favors because it offers easy to implement small changes and it helps golfers get in shape by providing proper nutritional advice for optimal physical performance. She has published articles on the website covering training secrets, nutritional advice, treatment and prevention of muscle soreness, and reviews of golf wear and golf fitness products, as well has exercise how-to videos.
With a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree, Bui is currently training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee’s martial art), she applies her wealth of sports knowledge and experience to simplifying the body mechanics of the golf swing. She is also currently working towards Resistance Training Specialist (RTS), one of the fitness industry’s highest certifications.
