Morgan Freeman delivers Bieber monologue

Science

There aren’t many voices that are quite as soothing as Morgan Freeman’s. After all, not just anyone can play God so easily.

The smoothest voice in show business has given a heart-wrenching, dramatic rendering of Justin Bieber’s tune “Love Yourself” for Vanity Fair – and it’s pretty incredible.
Bieber is no Shakespeare, so Freeman’s subtle contempt for the activity may be obvious and part of what makes the recital so good.
But Morgan Freeman’s dramatic reading of Bieber’s hit Love Yourself gives the already deep and meaningful track a new, wonderful level of gravitas.
“My mama didn’t like you”.
He has his own version of the song as we know it though.
“And I never like to admit that I was wrong”.
“Didn’t see what’s going on”.
The reading is interspersed with Freeman looking earnestly and knowingly at the camera, and ends with him snapping his fingers.
